So how did I lose 18 lbs in 30 days? How did several friends of mine and people we don’t even know all lose a significant amount of weight in 30 days? And how did we do it by only changing one simple area of our lives, not exerting any additional efforts, and not spending any money poisoning our bodies with the latest ‘weight-lose’ drug or craze?  (We actually SAVED MONEY!)

Let me tell you how I lost 18 lbs in 30 days, and I’ll tell you for FREE!

How did I lose 18lbs in 30 days?  

Drum roll please……………………………


Lose Weight by Drinking Water (H2O)!

Yep, that’s it. We drank water. And lots of it; at least it seemed the way at first.

About a gallon a day to be exact. And you know the crazy part? That’s the true amount of water most of us should be drinking anyways!

Yes, that’s right. The average human body (again, consult with a qualified physician to see what is right for you) needs about a gallon of water a day to be properly hydrated, fight infections, balance itself, and flush out those toxins and junk we eat. Look it up online at trusted medical sites; it’s completely foreign to most of us, but true.



Sound like a lot of water?

Anything new to us seems hard, however, it’s not once we get in the habit.

What I did was get a big water-bottle that I sat on my desk during the day, and made sure that I drank at least one of those at each meal (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner; at least half before the meal and half after). Then, I’d have it on my desk and make sure I drank the other two portions between meals while working.

Easy, right? It was!


Another great benefit.

Now, with all that healthy water you are drinking, you don’t have time or room for those unhealthy sodas, sweet teas, or 8 cups of coffee each day. So you not only flush your bodies of the toxins with water, but you also stop breaking it down with positions, AND you save a ton of money from buying all that junk.

A side note on coffee.

I love a good cup of coffee and still drink it. HOWEVER, for whatever amount of coffee you drink, studies show that you need to drink double that amount in water to equalize the effect. So typically I have 1 cup of coffee around 10am and then add that amount to my daily water intake (1 gallon of beautiful H2O + 2 cups).


So why don’t more weight lose places tell you this?

Like I always tell my friends and family, If you want to know the truth, follow the money.

What benefit do you think these companies would have if they told you how to actually be healthy? They’d not only lose the majority of their income from supplements, foods, and shakes they sell you, but probably cease to be in existence.

Why would they do that? Because their stockholders are moral or care? Sorry, wish that was true, but most of these people would sooner sell their child than cut their profit margins. Just a sad fact.
