One thing we really loved about SCOPE Recruiting was how quickly a tailor-made recruitment search strategy was put together.

In terms of the cons, we’re pleased to say that SCOPE Recruiting has very few to offer. As a recruitment agency in a technical sector that requires a lot of expertise, they go the extra mile to simplify the talent-sourcing process for you.
That being said, there are a couple of small things we weren’t quite sure about.
Firstly, SCOPE Recruiting maintains their focus on the supply chain. This means you can ask them to fill a number of different roles for you. Alongside management candidates, you can also use the agency to find more junior logistics personnel and warehouse staff.
However, it wasn’t clear if they would be able to recruit someone who only occasionally needs to interact with the supply chain, but still needs supply chain operational experience.
Second, SCOPE Recruiting doesn’t list their prices anywhere on their website, nor do they provide a pricing range. This can make it a bit trickier to factor hiring them for recruitment into your budget.
Of course, depending on the scale of the recruitment projects the agency gets, this can be a hard thing to try and provide upfront. It’s not easy to send through a viable quote before you know the length of the work that needs to be done. Some potential clients may prefer to know the average cost, however.
These points aren’t deal breakers in any way; as far as recruitment agencies go, they’ve locked down a lot of talent in the supply chain sector that’s more than worth the cost for their clients. They’re just two little things to think about when choosing the right recruitment specialist for you.
