So let’s take a close look at 4 helpful ways that you can protect your employees and your business at the same time.
Create clear policies and expectations for everybody to follow.
Employees should know exactly what behaviour is acceptable and what isn’t. With clear written policies, you can remove confusion and give everybody a shared understanding of workplace standards.
