Everyone talks about how important motivation is, but the truth is, it’s impossible to feel motivated all the time, and even the most dedicated people, like athletes, business owners, or perhaps parents, definitely have days when they don’t want to do anything, let alone push themselves to do their best. Start Small And Stay Consistent
When energy or morale is a bit low, it’s consistency that’s really going to make a massive difference.
