The sweet spot seems to be mid-sized social service agencies that have some tech resources and work with multiple other partners on a consistent basis. Moreover, government agencies that contract with a fair number of different providers also get value from the network planning features. You need enough complexity in your referral relationships to justify the learning curve though.
