Summary of Findings

Some of the basic information discussed in our meetings, as well as a concise summary of your goals and desired outcomes for this endeavor.

Established in 2001, Your Fantastic Organization currently has three (3) physical locations in Georgia and a mobile service offered to clients within a 100-mile radius of their physical locations. They are looking for:

  • a fresh perspective on their current marketing efforts
  • awareness & growth for their existing brand
  • aggressive growth in 2020 (from serving 3,597 guests in 2019 to 10,000+ guests by December 31, 2020)
  • a new sales & marketing strategy and initiative to increase the organizations overall annual revenues
  • and enough consistent revenues to be able to hire on a full-time marketing and event manager

  1. On 1/28/20 at approximately 1:44 pm CST the Bookeo bottom-right pop-up help feature was not functioning properly. See video segment, “EEA Additional Thoughts on the Website and Booking System” for a visual illustration of the error.
