I, hereafter referred to as "Student", hereby grant to Ascend 2 Glory, hereafter referred to as "Ascend”, their employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute any content recorded with me in it. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, my name, recorded voice, photograph or likeness, video, biographical information, handouts, or any material based upon, or derived therefrom.

I understand that Ascend, at its sole discretion, can produce videos, presentations, or publications based in whole or in part upon the content (or any portions thereof) audio recordings, video recordings, or photographs of said content and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner of/or media, including but not limited to promoting the class or organization.

I, Student, have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use in any composite form here-under. I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to Ascend herein.

I agree that during the course of the our interactions I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold Ascend harmless and without indemnity against any such claims.

I also understand and agree that Ascend is providing me with information, advice, and suggestions intended only to help me in good faith. It is my responsibility to research any and all information, advice, and suggestions they make before acting upon them. I take full responsibility for any actions (or lack thereof) that I make as a result of our interactions and completely indemnify Ascend from any and all liability.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
