Mike Lindell Takes the Minnesota Election Fight to the US Supreme Court

David Pasqualone: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this special edition of the Remarkable People Podcast. Today is a special day, and we have a special friend with us, Mike Lindell. Mike, welcome to the podcast.

Mike Lindell: Hey, David, thanks for having me on. It's been... Boy, a lot's happened. Do you realize it's been one month ago since my election?

And I think you were the last podcast or last show I was on before they stole my election.

David Pasqualone: Yes, and we are going to get into that and the details, and we're going to try to make sense of it, ladies and gentlemen, what you're hearing in the media. But Mike and I were just talking before the show.

Today we're recording on September 11th, 2026. So 25 years ago, America was attacked by terrorists, radical Muslims, and it impacted all of us and our world, and there was a slogan, "Never forget." Yet [00:01:00] 25 years later, you went from a patriot in office like Rudy Giuliani and everybody pulling together to fight communism, to fight radical Islam, and today we have New York who is a communist.

You can call it the Democratic Socialist of America, but that's communist. And we have people that he's associated with that have known terrorist associations, and we have a population of Muslims that has exponentially exploded in New York. That's how anti-Americans get into office. So what Mike's talking about, ladies and gentlemen, is so important in New York, in Minnesota, in your hometown, America, because it's going to eventually affect us all if we don't take action.

So Mike, last time we spoke it was on a Friday afternoon. [00:02:00] You had the election coming up on Tuesday, and between when we released our interview and the ele- and the election, my personal website hosting our interview was cyberbullied and attacked that it brought it down twice. In 25 years, it's never happened.

Maybe one time with a client, right? And I had it twice in one weekend because people are intentionally trying to silence you and other great men and women in America speaking truth. You're not trying to get your agenda. You're trying to speak truth. So take us from the election in August in Minnesota through today, my friend.

Mike Lindell: Okay. And I want to, I want to comment a little bit more on New York too. There's over two million more Muslims that we have now in New York from I think it was only like 100,000 back on, in 2000... 25 years ago in 2001. And, And they're, and then they're doing it, practicing in the streets and, it's just, it's sad.

The Sharia [00:03:00] law that it's a very real thing, everybody. We've had, this is one of the things that I've said in Minnesota. Five years ago we needed to ban Sharia law, but I was called a racist, and now with all the, with all the fraud in Minnesota and everything, that's why I decided to run for governor amongst many reasons.

But right up to my election, everybody, let's... I'm going to frame this for you on- July 15th, the president endorsed me. On July 15th, now for the whole year prior, any poll that came out, I was polling number one by a lot, at least anywhere from 3 to 7%, 8% sometimes it would go up more or less. But so I get his endorsement and the o- my own Minnesota GOP did a full-blown attack on me.

They came out and said I didn't live in Minnesota, I didn't that I lived in... I was registered in Texas, which by the way, let's just talk [00:04:00] about that. Yeah, I was registered in Texas. I moved there for a year and got married and b- and I voted there in 2024. But, you're still registered.

Even though I registered in Minnesota, was still registered in Texas, obviously I didn't vote both places, but this is the world we're in, where things are vo- clean- voter rolls are never cleaned up and that's just a glitch in the system there. That's not even all the corruption.

But anyway, so they say, "Mike's not a resident. He's... if you vote for Mike in this primary, his vote, we- what a waste it'll be because he, the Democrats will say he's not eligible." So one of the biggest lies ever told was told right there, and I brought them to... I showed them, showed the newspaper, that corrupt Minneapolis Star and Tribune, showed the Minnesota media this is not true.

I moved back over a year and a half before I can, before I needed to run for governor. And anyway, then the other one that came out, "Mike Lindell has broke [00:05:00] campaign law violations. He gave out pillows, little pillows at the parades for the kids." Now, I've been giving away pillows at parades for t- 15 years.

In Minnesota, the value has to be under $5, and these were our little mini ones that were $4.70, sold to the campaign, or $4.90 or something like that, to the campaign, and anyone can buy them for that, that that bought the quantity we were buying, including the Democrat Amy Klobuchar. So anyway, they attacked there.

Then as we... And I was polling at that time, the Polymarket polls, I was up to 80%. It wasn't even close. And the person that got the Minnesota GOP endorsement- They weren't doing anything to help him. They were actually helping this Lisa Damon, who had said that she wouldn't even run if the Minnesota GOP endorsed someone else, that she would drop out, which she lied and [00:06:00] never did.

Because he won against all odds, Kendall Coffelt had actually won the Minnesota GOP endorsement. It's hard to follow here, but the, but this is, So here's what happened in a nutshell. We get up to Friday before the the election on, on the on the August 11th and by the way everybody, there's already early voting that went on, and we knew that most people were going to be voting for me.

We knew that most people were going to be voting for me that day. So as we as we got into that Fri- I think you were the last interview I did, David, back then. And and then we hit the ground running on Saturday and Sunday. We sent out millions of text marketing to people. We spent all kinds of money with the text marketing and the digital advertising and digital marketing.

And then the president on Saturday, on that Saturday, that would've been, what, the 8th he retweeted another endorsement for me, like a double down of the [00:07:00] endorsement. And the polls that came out there, I was favored by ABC, who doesn't even like me By s- over 7%, okay? Over seven points, and the big data poll before that, it was like 10 or 11.

Anyway, so then we go to the night of the election at the watch party, and stuff starts coming in, and a couple of strange things happen. Right away, you're seeing numbers go in reverse. There was a couple that, you know, guys, my cyber guys were watching the feed come in. But then the biggest thing we seen was, remember everybody there, I don't know if everybody I guess they wouldn't remember that night, but as they're showing, there were seven Republican candidates, okay?

Three cr- three, three big ones, and then four others that were down tickets, very, down, smaller candidates. Every time a feed came in, every five minutes, okay, here's a new report. Let's say these votes were from [00:08:00] upper Minnesota or inner city, or early voting, or mail-in voting, or day-of voting, which hadn't come in yet according to what we had heard, that they, usually comes in last as these, as the counties start reporting, right?

And they're, and how are they reported? They're not even on the internet, right? No, they report, they're all on the internet. So here as these reports come in, and we're watching this, and it, you're watching, the percentages never changed, everybody. So you have seven candidates. Imagine if we have a bucket of water, a gallon of water that you bring in, and everybody's got their glass out, and I'm going to say, "Hey, Lisa, here's your 40% of the bucket.

Mike, here's your 32%. Kendall, here's your 22. The next guy, here's your 7%. The next guy, here's your 3, here's your 2, and here's your .05." Everybody got the same percentage all [00:09:00] night long. It's never happened in history, everybody. This was, it was like synchronized swimming, okay? So you have these... you knew what was going to come in.

You're going, "Okay, here come the day-of votes," w- and, or, "Here comes the county which I know I won by, 80, 90%. Doesn't matter. Mike, you get 30. Here's your 32%." So you're seeing this with this algorithm that was set. This was a set algorithm, everybody, and- With that being said, is they called it, the AP called it for Lisa Demuth that night I don't know, maybe 10:00 or so, and I'm going to give it

We had already seen all these deviations, and they had me losing, you ready everybody, by 11%, 40,000 votes. Okay? By- losing by 11 and you're up by seven, that alone, David, just so you know, for good pollers like ABC and Data P- and ABC, like I say, they don't like [00:10:00] me. You could call it, they would have definitely

Let's say they cheated by five, I was probably favored by 11, you know what I'm saying? They, you had- ... so you had three different polls all doing this having me this heavy favorite, and then to lose by 11. Now, they wanted to discourage me, I know that. They wanted to, "Let's discourage Mike and and, maybe he'll finally just leave it.

Quit talking about these voting machines and just get a ... just go away, Mike." The next morning, everybody, on August 12th, the next morning, David, here's what happened The p- it gets dropped. Those campaign violations that they've, that I've been charged with, we were charged with them.

They were all dropped on, on, on the morning of the, after the election. So in other words, "Mike, you lost by 11. We're dropping these campaign violations. They weren't campaign violations. We're..." And you know what? And oh, and they even did a thing, "Oh, and Mike did live here in Minnesota. He was qualified, so that's not a [00:11:00] violation either."

So in other words, "Mike, you have nothing to go to court for, boy you're innocent of everything, Mike. You were a good candidate, you lost by a lot. Just concede." I get a letter, I get an email from the Minnesota head of the the GOP and he's Alex Plekhish is his name.

He sends me an email and says, or it might- or no, it's a text message. "Mike, could we all get together have a little breakfast, all the candidates? Are you with- come with Lisa and just get behind us. Just give it up, we know you've seen, you told the news you've seen all these deviations." In the meantime now, by this, my cyber guys had dug into it.

And get this everybody, and it is posted, you can still find it posted I believe on MikeLindellGov.com or or you can go to LindellPlan.com. I believe it's there, too. LindellPlan.com is where we've been sending everybody. But, but I want to tell you, everybody, this. So those, what we found, [00:12:00] 55 instances where numbers went in reverse.

So as we're counting, ready everybody? Let's do it. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, three, four, five, six, seven. What? After nine becomes 10, not three. You don't go back to three and keep counting. So this happened at least 55 times. Then we have counties that that down-ticket people that got vote...

The w- the one guy nobody even knew who he was got votes in all 87 counties in Minnesota, which is, what everybody? Impossible. Some got more votes than voters. Okay? Some... And then remember we had the synchronized voting where everybody got the same percentage each time. And then they dug in even further because we ended up getting w- after four d- or three more days, we ended up getting we had another cyber guy that had recorded everything in real time and within a minute, each minute coming in reporting.

So we had all kinds of [00:13:00] evidence where everybody... I want everyone to listen to this. Not improbabilities, impossibilities. Not improbabilities, impossibilities, unless what? The only way they could happen is if computers were used. It would be impossible to do this without the use of the computers. So they were caught.

They're caught, right? So now I have a... As a right in Minnesota, and Minnesota's got a few exceptions that other states don't have. One is we have all three of the voting machine companies, the biggest three, which is 99% of all the machines in the country, Hart, Dominion, now called Liberty Vote, and ES&S, the good old boys out of Omaha, Nebraska.

So we have all three of them. Now- In Minnesota, you have, I have the right as a candidate, even, and even though that the, it, no matter what the spread was or what I lost by, to pay [00:14:00] for a paper ballot hand-counted audit. They don't go through the tabulators, everybody, like when Tina Peters did her recount in Ca- in Colorado, which I was a part of that back in the day, in 2022, I believe.

And so here in Minnesota, we have the perfect opportunity to take; there was 1.1 million ballots cast in the governor's race in Minnesota with my name on it. Now, the Democrats are on there, too, right? My name's on 1.1 million, and that's how many v- ballots were cast, and I have the right under Minnesota law to count each and every one of them, every county, but I'd have to pay for the audit.

And I said, "You know what? Let's do it." We finally are going to have evidence to show the whole country that the paper does not match what these machines are telling everybody. So what I did, I went to the secretary of state, I gave my heads up and said, "Hey, you guys we're going to do an audit. I just wanted to let you know.

What do we have to do?" Talked [00:15:00] to their general counsel, their top attorney for crooked Steve Simon. He's the Secretary of State of Minnesota. There's nobody worse than him. He's even worse than Brad Raffensperger. Now I gotta put him up right up there with Brad. Crooked Brad out of out of Georgia, the Republican, and Steve Simon's a Democrat.

But what Steve Simon's done now, he's passing off old crooked Brad. It's getting, they're, it's like a race of crookedness, okay? So here, Steve Simon's office, they go, "Are going to, you going to do this?" I said, "Yes." I said, "What's the law?" They said we're going to look it up." I said, "How much is it going to cost?"

It, at that time was between $400,000 and $500,000. Okay? And then what it is every single counting station in Minnesota would all be counted. Every county decides on their own cost what it's going to cost you. And I said isn't that that's not really fair." But she, "Oh, they'll stay within the parameters.

They're, they know what they're supposed to charge." I said, "Really? How mu- how often does this ever happen?" It's never happened before, you guys, okay? So [00:16:00] anyway- We put it all in and we wait. Now we get our teams together. We've got, about 1,500 to 2,000 people ready because we get, under Minnesota law, we get to be right next to them counting every ballot and arguing over each ballot, going, "Okay, no, wait a minute.

This is a Mike ballot. This isn't a Kendall ballot. This isn't this," whatever it is. And there was another strange thing that happened to everybody, too. 700,000 Democrats showed up to go vote, and 420,000 Republicans. Now, David, you say why was it, don't Democrats vote more than Republican?" No.

Here's the deal. In Minnesota, there was so much urgency to get out and vote if you're a Republican in Minnesota and you're watching your state fall apart, highest taxes of any other state if you combine them all, for Somalian fraud, billions getting shipped over to Somalia, Sharia law running wild. E- [00:17:00] we, e- everyone, you had an urgency to get out and vote if you were Minnesota because it was your last shot.

That's how we feel up there. And then, and people are exiting Minnesota. If you're a Re- if you're a Democrat, you had Amy Klobuchar running, who's been a senator for two decades in Minnesota, and everybody ... She's got the national name. So if you're a Democrat, she's g- she's a shoo-in for the, to run in the general election.

The, I talked to my Democrat friends, and they're not, you're not going to run out and vote for Amy Klobuchar because you know she's already in the general election. All of a sudden they get s- 700,000 Democrats that sa- or they say voted Democrat rather than the Republican. That's what the machines are telling us, right?

It's what the machines are telling us. So- Anyway, gets to be we get the we're out raising the money for the recount but then we find out, they get back to us and say you guys, it's going to cost you $825,000." [00:18:00] So 800, and that's almost double, everybody. And not only that, so we secured the money to the...

It was basically a loan that this, to, to r- and then we were going to raise the money, and we still are, still- we had raised the money to cover the loan, to cover the, that was going to get paid to the secretary of state, 'cause we had to have it right then. Now, at zero hour, the day we're paying the money, we got it ready to hit the wire button, there's a copy of it and everything, and then I get told, this Lauren, she's attorney, or the secretary of state's attorney, she says the canvassing board last week voted that we're not going to count all the ballots.

So not only is it 825,000, but we're only going to count yours and Lisa's. Every other one we're just going to throw in a pile and they're not going to get looked at." And I'm going, "What? You have 1.1 million ballots and we're [00:19:00] only going to count 320,000 of the 1.1 million?" I said, "I'm paying for this." And the canvassing board, they said they've done this before and they, th- this is the way we're going to do it, I said.

So this went on all day that, that day after, or that Monday, and finally my attorneys advised, they said is there anything else we can do?" They said, "You know what? We've got the money here. We can prove that we had it." And also they were not telling us, everybody, where the counts were going to be in every county in Minnesota.

We needed that to get our people there. We had the right to know, but it doesn't say that in the thing that we have a right to have people there, but they don't have to give us the list of where to go. You can't make this up. I'm going, we have people, we have 1,500 people ready to go to every single, to watch every single ballot, and they would not tell us where to go.

Okay? So what we did is we brought, instead of hitting the wire [00:20:00] button, we decided to go after the state, sue the, with, and put a lawsuit in with the, y- the Minnesota Supreme Court. So we put this in with the Minnesota Supreme Court, and at the same time we took everybody, at the exact same time I engaged all my people that are in all 50 states and and and the media.

S- or and the general public. I s- and you can do it right now, everybody. If you go to LindellPlan.com, what we're doing is you put in your email and under the Freedom of Information Act you can get all the data at the county level. Okay? Remember, Minnesota's been holding back everything to our president.

They won't give any of the data, the cast vote records the the data rolls, nothing. So we've been doing that at that same day we started at the ground level in case we lost the Supreme Court. Guess what? The Supreme Court ruled against us, David. They ruled against us, [00:21:00] and they said the canvassing board had the right to change their mind, they've done it before, and that's not true.

You don't change the Minnesota law. It's what you have legislatures do. They changed the rules because it's Mike Lindell. They're going, "Okay, tell me how much more it costs so we can count the whole 1.1 million. Is it going to cost more money?" I said, "I don't care." The people of this country will cover it because you know what?

This would have been the, th- this is the gateway to show the whole world that what these machines are telling you does not match the paper. Now, will it overturn my election? I don't know. But I know one thing, every si- all those things that were done, it is 100, it'll be 100% proof- ... that these machines can't be trusted, period.

So then when they appealed that, now here's where we're at right now as of today, everybody I didn't stop there, say, "Okay, the [00:22:00] Supreme Court of Minnesota said, that they can go ahead and break Minnesota law." No, we're bringing it to the US Supreme Court, and you can say they're not in session."

The US Supreme Court leaves back a justice for something that has to be expedited. Now, granted, Minnesota, they're already g- we're already voting in four days. Her name's not even on the ballot. To me, the most important thing here is not to whether the election's overturned. It's to show, to be able...

We have this opportunity. They can't just keep changing the laws on us and changing the goalposts and moving things when to keep to hiding the fact that our elections are being stolen and being manipulated by computers. So we're not stopping, and here's where we're at now, and I'm going to announce this, David, on your show.

This is the this is the first time I'm saying this to everybody too. Years ago in tw- in 2022, it's been like four years [00:23:00] now I decided back then I would take another angle at these machines and go after them as defective devices. Imagine, everybody, if you had a big car race and all the brakes were bad in all the cars or let's say whatever the machine would be, you have recalls.

If you had bad brakes, you, the cars get recalled. If you have a, problem with the motor, if you have a problem with this you do a recall. It's a defective device. So we went after, in 2022, I was going to do every single state. I started with Arizona, then went to Alabama. By the time...

And you need to have plaintiffs. Back then in Arizona, I got Kari Lake and Mark Finchem. They were the plaintiffs, and the lawyers we hired even horrible Alan Dershowitz, because he was a Democrat, who by the way has not paid me the money he owes me yet they, what we pur- let's bring a Democrat in because even Alan as bad as he is, he said, we need secure elections."

So he got on board with that to go after these voting machines. It was very surprising. I thought, you know what? [00:24:00] Let's go ahead and bring him in. So we bring him in. Now, what the judge did, remember, I've been on this show many times where I had to learn the two S words when you talk about voting machines.

The first one is what, everybody? They throw stuff out on standing before you can ever get to to show these people are these machines guilty on the merits of the case. They just throw it out on standing. The most famous one is in Georgia after they flipped the election and with the voting machine with a ballpoint pen, and Judge Motonberg, after eight years, threw it out on standing.

These were Democrats and Republicans were the plaintiffs. Who does have standing then, Judge? Who has standing? It was unbelievable. But then the other thing, the other S word is sanctions. So they sanction all the lawyers, and they try to take their licenses away just for bringing a case.

How dare you bring a case to say these machines are [00:25:00] defective when we have all of this evidence? Does everybody remember, everybody, in the 2022 election in Arizona, maybe I'll refresh y'all memories I woke up that morning and I'm seeing it all over the news, even Fox News, 163, I believe it was, voting machines went down at the same time in Maricopa County in Arizona.

This was the 2022 election, not the 2020 t- 20 election. 2022. So here we're bringing a case that's saying, "Hey, these machines are defective." All the machines go down conspi- what it, when it c- whether it was malicious, which it was everybody, it was planned, but let's say it wasn't.

It proved my case that these machines are defective. You follow me? Absolutely. So what happened is then the judge didn't look at it like that. He knew it would open it up then to the whole country. So he said, "You know [00:26:00] what? I'm going to sanction you lawyers." What that means, everybody, how dare you even bring it before m- such a frivolous case before my, in my courtroom?

Just when I reached out for machines, everybody, in Michigan, for Dominion machines, when I was fighting them before they dropped the case after five and a half years, they sanctioned me $23,000 for just asking for evidence to look inside one of these machines. How dare you, Mike Lindell? Yeah. So they sanction these lawyers, but here's where it's at now.

God uses all things for good for those who believe. So back then we thought, oh, we're defeated. We can never do this again to go after these machines and that with those kind of lawsuits. Guess what, everybody? The l- all the lawyers won. Went all the way to the Supreme Court. There's no sanctioning it.

You can question these machines just like any other machine all day long. So what we're going to do in [00:27:00] Minnesota when we hear back from the US Supreme Court, and everybody, all of you out there helping to get this data at LindellPlan.com, we're going to take all that evidence now, 'cause we've got a lot now. You should see what we have.

It's piling up like cordwood, all the evidence of my election on August 11th. Not just mine, but the, every, everything that was happened in that election in Minnesota. Not just the governor's race, other races too. These machine manipulated. Now what we're going to do, we're going to bring all that together and we're going to file the lawsuit just like I did in Arizona and Alabama against Minnesota.

And in Minnesota we're very blessed because you know what? We have all three voting machine companies there, Hart, Dominion, which is now Liberty Vote, and ES&S. You say, Mike, what about Smartmatic?" Remember, Smartmatic was the genesis. They only have LA County, but every single voting machine [00:28:00] has a device that comes from Smartmatic when they developed this stuff and they started, and when they stole Venezuela.

So this is g- this is- If you put it all together, these pieces, it's all coming together. Now, will it be in time for the for the 2020, this midterm elections? Probably not, you guys, but the, you know what? Getting it started now, everything we've done for six years is not in vain. If we don't secure our elections, we lose our country.

You don't have... You think that New York, I don't care, this Muslim there that's there now, even though there's two million more Muslims that were there for 9/11 that lived in New York, it's still only 20% of the New York population. I want everybody to think about that. Did he win?

Did he not? We don't know, but all I know is this. When you have real elections, everybody, secure elections, if you have bad people in [00:29:00] power, they're suppo- and people that are supposed to be politicians that are supposed to be working for the people I think everyone can agree that if you don't have that, we don't, we lose our country no matter who wants to take over.

And e- right now it's just pure evil. When we have, when you have elections I think of the we can't even get the Save America Act passed where we have people that, you know, 80% of the United States, including Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservative, 80% want, let's have our citizens vote.

How about that? What a concept, right David?

David Pasqualone: Yeah.

Mike Lindell: This is just unbelievable. Yeah. So that's where we're sitting. I know it took a little bit to get that out but, I've watched this unfold now for four weeks and I could've, you can't panic. Once w- once it's taken, it's just y- I don't know if everyone's seen that race down in Florida. It was ab- it was the same time, about three, four weeks ago, and right in the middle of the race they were deadlocked, and the next report came in, they actually took 5,000 votes away from him and gave the other one all the votes that came in plus his.

I don't know if we... it was Dan. I forget his last name, but it was happened down in Florida. This stuff is leaked [00:31:00] out on social media, but we need to This is our one chance we got, and they... So that's where I'm at right now. Other than the MyPillow report, I'm back there with them.

Old Testament, New Testament, the Bible clearly talks about, which almost everybody in every country's heard, a nation divided cannot stand, jesus himself said, "You're either with me or you're against me." There's all sorts of verses on this concept. But when you look at it through a, I don't want to...

I'm going to use naive. A [00:33:00] naive, trusting, black and white filter, that's where the problem is. Because it's not Democrat or Republican. Both parties are manipulating the machines because th- the Republican Party isn't divided against itself. The Democratic Party isn't divided against itself. It's the evil uni party, the Democrat socialists of America, AKA Marxism, AKA communist.

Same crap, different name. All of those people are not divided against themselves, but they are the minority who are evil and have this power that they are manipulating so it looks like men like Mike, who are fighting for America, are out of their mind and this is impossible, when it's not. It's, there's facts and signs and there's information all around that at least deserves to be researched.

And these liberals and these socialists are saying, "No, I don't even want to [00:34:00] take the time to research it." Why? Because you know you're wrong and you're lying. So Mike, I thank God for you and you fighting. But ladies and gentlemen, you've heard a lot of trash about Mike and about his fight, and it is true.

Why would the Republican Party take any candidate and make them look bad? There's a bigger picture, and the picture is the uni party. And Mike and other men and women have had elections stolen all across the country, and there's numbers floating to Republicans and away from Republicans, to Democrats, away from Republicans.

But who's causing that- information to change. That's what Mike's trying to get to, and he's saying, "Even if I don't win this election, we need free and fair elections." And you brought up Venezuela, right Mike? Yeah. Those morons had a great economy. They embraced the Democratic socialists, which is communism, [00:35:00] and look at the crap hole their country is now politically, economically, and morally, right?

Mike Lindell: to happen here? But there's one thing, but one thing there, David. They didn't do that. It was a beautiful country, and I'll tell you about Venezuela. In January of 2021, I talked to the Venezuela underground at least 12 times, and they said m- they said, "We were praying that it would ta- that the machines would come to the United States, that they would steal the United States election so maybe it would open up their eyes."

And they said, "Mike, don't ever give up." Venezuela's where it all started, where Smartmatic went there and they stole, the communist socialists stole Venezuela, then they took all of South America. And now Venezuela will turn the other way because they don't have these, they don't have these machines now, and they're going to, they're going to be gone, and they'll have paper ballots hand-counted. We've gotta secure our elections.

We've gotta save our country.

David Pasqualone: 100%. And then you have countries that were considered impossible to change, like El Salvador. They went from the most brutal, violent, terrible economy country to a president who loves God, loves his country, loves his people, and he's cleaning up the corruption. It's not that hard, ladies and gentlemen, to do.

We just need to expose it, give them consequences, put them in prison, remove them from power, get the corrupt money back out of the terrorists' hands back into America's hands because I personally don't believe, and you alluded to it, Mike, I don't want to put words in your mouth, but even as far gone as New York City is in a lot of [00:37:00] areas, I can't believe that the city who said, "Never forget," 25 years ago is so bad off that they legitimately elected a communist, radical Muslim who posted with his friends, and his friends posted on their social media publicly, dancing in the streets publicly, that America deserved these terrorist attacks.

If they're that far gone and they're given to that much of a reprobate mind- Well- ... I don't know what to say ...

Mike Lindell: but this is where, this is what I'm saying. Yes, there's some people that are that far gone. You guys, this country, and I would sit here, it would take me another hour to prove to you and to show you, we're 66 to 67% red, if you want to talk Republican con- and conservative.

That's our country. But when you get to New York, let me tell you, when you talk about Muslim takeover, okay, two million Muslims have rolled into New York now. [00:38:00] Now, but you know what they do? The one thing they do is vote You know, everyone says in Minnesota, how stupid are you guys? You got Ilhan Omar, who married her brother and all these other things, and she's there, this most corrupt politician, and we have Keith Ellison, another radical Muslim that's our g- our attorney general.

We didn't vote him in. I really believe you got all these people, these Muslims that got moved in, they all vote. And then plus it, now think about this everybody, let's just use Minnesota. You can vouch for eight other people without even having an ID. They don't check your ID. We have over 54,000 people in Minnesota that are illegal that our governor gave driver's licenses to, and they can all vote.

So the, w- if you're doing a takeover and you have that kind of culture with these radical Muslims saying, "Get out and vote," in New York, when that happened in New York, I, and I'll bet you if you looked at their voter [00:39:00] rolls of who voted, you probably have the... Remember, that's 20% is this Muslim now, while 80%, how much of the 80% got out and voted?

I don't think that, the, not too many is that's what I'm thinking. And even if they, let's say a fourth of them did, let's say a fourth of them did, I don't know how many end up voting in New York, but I guarantee you about probably 80, 90% of those Muslims all went and voted for the guy.

And so you steal elections- 100% ... 100% ... so elections can be not only manipulated electronically, but these guy- then you got a whole nother thing is, people are over here going what are you saying? My vote's not going to matter." What has to happen to our country before you do get out and vote? We're at the most critical time in history that in 2024, I really believe there were so many things that was, that had to happen for them not to steal it from Donald Trump, which by the way, everybody, they did steal 6 million votes from him.

They stole nine congressmen and four [00:40:00] senators. That was in the 2024 election. And can you think about that and they go why would they do that? Why wouldn't they just steal it all?" Because the public would say, "No, open up those machines," and they would take away their, how they're doing all this stuff.

Biden didn't get 83 million votes when the biggest Democrat in history from Obama to Hillary to Harris, they all got 65 million, and he all of a sudden got s- 18 more million votes, you guys. Do you think people sat in a closet or sat in a, hid in a room and went, and filled out ballots, 18 million of them?

Yeah. They did it with a computer. Boom, you're in.

David Pasqualone: Exactly. And they did the vote. And ladies and gentlemen, if you're listening and you don't believe this, men lie, math doesn't. It's statistically impossible for these things to happen. It is. Yep. And for Joe Biden, a 50-year corrupt politician- To get more votes than any other Democrat in history.

Okay, come on. At least admit- Yeah, that- ... that doesn't sound likely. Yeah. Let's just [00:41:00] be honest.

You can't steal elections by things like in Minnesota going, oh, you can vouch for eight other people and stuff like that. That's great, and it's wrong, and it's, you can... And but you know what? That doesn't account for millions of votes. It doesn't account for, if you had a low amount of votes then that would might matter.

That's all deflection of everyone going, "Oh, this and those mail in..." Or, illegals voting and all this stuff and those are still a deflection, everybody. They don't even need that. That's just perception going, "Oh, they're doing this and we better crack down on this," when the real vehicle stealing this is computers, period.

There's a reason that Wisconsin has 7.2 million names on their voter rolls, and if everybody voted in Wisconsin that was eligible, it's 4.1 million. [00:44:00] Now, David, why would the state of Wisconsin leave three million names on their voter rolls that are either dead, don't live there, or duplicates, or just fake names all together?

You think about that. I just moved, like Minnesota's saying Mike Lindell wasn't a resident of Minnesota, he's registered in Texas. So my name's still on the voter rolls in Texas. They p- these thing, nothing gets removed, you guys. You can move six states and I would almost bet on it you're going to be registered in six states if you're written registered.

And, if they did clean the voter rolls, and you'd still have the problem of let's get to an audit of paper ballots hand-counted or get the cast vote records. You guys, it's really not even about that right now. They d- they don't even have a they have nothing to compare this to. Oh, yeah, I can get a recount and all this stuff, but now you... But, uh, h- [00:56:00] how's that going to work when the election starts in Minnesota in six days? So you see what we're doing. We're going into uncharted territory here, and one of the things this will also do is change the way elections are in our country, especially like Minnesota.

You can vote 45 days early from the general election, which is September 15th, and then you have and then September 15th, and then you have Our primary is in August, so you don't have any, a gap there. It needs to, everything needs to be moved back and we need to... These are things our elections need to be restructured anyway.

And then when you get these corrupt groups where you get a, the way Minnesota is set up, the Minnesota GOP, which basically has controlled our candidate for over three decades now and, Yep ... and they don't want anyone else to run. So there's a lot of precedents being set right now that's going to change our elections forever.

David Pasqualone: And this is a huge problem, ladies and gentlemen, because of corrupt politicians on all sides. I remember living [00:57:00] in Washington State and Christine Gregoire lost the election to Dino Rossi. At the taxpayer's expense, they recounted the vote. She still lost, but got more votes. They recounted it again.

She still lost, but recounted the votes and somehow she got more. Then they recounted a third time. All this at millions of dollars that I'm paying for as a taxpayer, and you're paying for. And then when she wins, Dino Rossi's like, "Okay, where are these votes coming from? I want an investigation. I want a recount."

And she laughs in his face. "What do you think this is, golf? You want a mulligan?" On national news. So these liberal psycho liars, I don't care if they're Democrat or Republican, they're evil, and they are complete hypocrites. So let's just get the standard equal. Let's get the bar set and hold to it. In America, we used to call that the Constitution.

So Mike, thank you for fighting for this, and hopefully the United States Supreme Court, the checks and balance that our Constitution put in place for exactly- Yeah ... [00:58:00] scenarios like this, hopefully they do their job and they give an honest and fair... They bring it up, they look at it, and they give a right judgment
